  • Merchandise must be unworn, in original condition, in its original packaging.
  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.


What Is Not Returnable?

  • Product that are stained, either by water or other liquids.


Within How Long Should I Inform About My Damage / Defect / Incorrect item?

  • For fast processing, we really appreciate if you could get back to us within 48 hours upon receiving a damaged/defect/incorrect item.
  • The return product must reach us within 30 days from the date of purchase.


Within how long will the replacement product will be delivered?

  • The replacement product(s) will be delivered within 7 working days from
  • the date of receiving the return parcel to the address as indicated in the original order.

Who will bear the postage fee?

Postage in the event of a return is to be borne by the customer, but we will return back the postage fee in kind (Eg. : Voucher/ Free Gift) once we have confirmed the damaged / defect / incorrect item.
