What Do We Need For A Return?
Merchandise must be unworn, in original condition, in its original packaging.
Receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Within How Long Should I Inform About My Damage / Defect / Incorrect Item?
For fast processing, we really appreciate if you could get back to us within 48 hours upon receiving a damaged/defect/incorrect item.
The return product must reach us within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Within How Long Will The Replacement Product Will Be Delivered?
The replacement product(s) will be delivered within 7 working days from the date of receiving the return parcel to the address as indicated in the original order.
Could I Cancel My Order After Making The Payment?
Yes, but there is a RM30 administration charge on it and the refund amount will be credited to your website account for your next purchase.
Who Will Bear The Postage Fee?
Postage in the event of a return is to be borne by the customer, but we will return back the postage fee in kind (Eg. : Voucher/ Free Gift) once we have confirmed the damaged / defect / incorrect item.
