Shipping Policy

Thank you for your purchase.

How Do I Know My Order Has Been Shipped?

  • We will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking number after we have dispatched your order.

What Are The Payment Method Accepted?

  • We accept Online Banking Payments, Visa, MasterCard, FPX and PayPal.

What Is Your Business Working Hours?

  • Our office working hours are, Monday – Friday : 9:00am – 6:00pm

What Are Your Shipping Fees?

  • Our shipping fees within Malaysia and International Shipping (out of Malaysia) are based on Easy Parcel rates.
  • For International (out of Malaysia) Shipping and Duty fees, will be fully beared by the customer.

What Is The Expected Delivery Time For International Shipping?

  • Expedited International shipping will take 15-20 working days.
  • Please take note that the estimated shipping fee will be collected during order placed, if the shipping fee is underpaid, customer will need to top up the balance.
  • We do not accept order cancellations upon dispatch of your order.

How About Customs And Import Duties?

  • Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
  • Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

Shipping Issues?

  • Once the parcel is shipped, Extreme will not be held responsible for loss or damage to your parcel.
  • STRICTLY NO REFUNDS for any shipping & handlings charges paid.
  • Though once again, all parcels will ship with Tracking Number, feel free to contact us to work out a solution if having issues for the deal.

When Will My Order Be Shipped Out?

  • Once we have confirmed your payment, we will prepare and ship out your order out within 2-3 working days. Please expect delays during festive periods and sales promotion period.

Can I Change Or Cancel An Order?

  • Order could NOT be change once it has entered to shipping process.
  • We would more likely to assist you if your order haven’t reach the shipping process.
  • In event of a Cancel Order by customer, there will be administration charges of RM30.
  • Refund Amount = Amount Paid - ( Bank Charges or Payment Gateway Fee + Administrative Fee )

  • Our courier partners are unable to deliver during weekends or public holidays. Please expect to receive your parcel on working days only.
